What have I done so far for my jacket?

The jacket. Mmmm! Well! What have I done so far for it to fit with a little wiggle room rather than “just” fit?
First, facing what I weigh. Before buying it, after two short nights, I didn’t record my weight because I don’t lose water weight over night if my nights are too short. I normally weigh daily because it works for me. This week, I did record after short nights, so the first step was honesty. Now I have to weigh a smidgeon less tomorrow or I’ll be out of the 3% maintenance challenge.
What else have I done? No sweet snacks on the way home from work when it’s getting late. That’s it! Honesty and no sweet snacks. Oh! One more thing - no dessert when we go out to eat.
Tomorrow, I have a posh ‘do,’ which was what pushed me to go out and buy the jacket. I’m going to wear it with a raspberry-colored blouse. When I’m near my scream weight, buying clothes in Japan is not my favorite thing. Never is actually. Now I’m teetering between the very top of normal clothes and having to go to the large size department. In England, I used to renew my wardrobe every few years. Here, I keep wearing the same things for decades. I actually bought my one boxy jacket seventeen years ago! A successful buy is exhilarating, though!
Holidays are coming up, but it’s actually easier to control my weight because we don’t do much for Christmas here. Looking forward to it!
