Pic on right is a softball pic of me in 1988. Other pic is me this fall in 2019. I intended to keep on keeping on! Age is just a number. I have spent my Mid 20's to my mid 40's being overweight, busy, and stressed! I am working on returning to my energetic self of decades ago! I just smile at people when they tell me I am getting old and won't be able to relive my previous life. I DONT want to relive it. I just want to LIVE my current life. I want to have energy and play and enjoy life! So... Here is to Keep on Keeping on. Who is with me??

Yep I so agree that age is a state of mind. Indeed time might slow you down..but only you can put the brakes on. Your choice to Keep On Keeping On is exactly the one you need! postive attitudes bring positive results!

Age does take a toll. That’s why I want more slack in my rope. By lightening the load I’m pulling I’m going to be able to do so much more. Can’t define the more just yet but I’m sure gonna enjoy it! 447 days ago

You look great and age is just a number! I know 80 year olds who are more active then 30 year olds ~ you make what you want of your life and you are taking yours to the limits GOOD FOR YOU! 447 days ago
