Waist Beads Dont Lie

Years ago I learned of the African tradition of women wearing waist beads for femininity, fertility, sensuality, and spiritual well-being or to show their weight based on the size of the bead strand. The colors of the beads have many meanings as well. They are not to be seen in public like you see some of the young ladies now showing them off. The men find women that wear them sexy. Well over the last 10 years I have worn them several times but mainly for weight loss and I was making them myself and they would break for one reason or another. Well recently I took a class and learned the proper string to use. On October 18th after class we had a tying on ceremony with the teacher and my beads wear high on my waist just below my bra band. well hunny's when I tell you with making better eating decisions my beads can now be worn on my panty line waist. You wear them all the time and once you lose 6 inches you can cut them and retie them on again. If you eat to much they rise up or roll up. If you loose they drop. I havent cut them yet..Im waiting for them to naturally drop and no longer rest on my high waist.... wooo hoooo
