Day 30 of no sugar no flour / 3 things I am grateful for today (Dec 4 2019)

Another day is coming to an end shortly - and am pleased that I am still 100% complaint with my food plan. Have not felt this good in a long time which is so nice and then the weight loss is amazing. I now look forward to having a weigh in just to see the progress on the scale.

With the weight I have lost I will be going shopping after Christmas and into the 1st part of January when all the sales are on. Not going to get to much though as I have a feeling that by February or March I will could be needing another size smaller - oh how great that feels to say.

Yesterday Priscilla and I got our toenails done - we do this every 6 weeks - and oh how nice it feels to have your feet pampered. After doing them she puts some lotion on from the knew down, giving me feet a mini massage - feel so blessed to have this lady do my feet. While my daughter was getting her feet done the owner of the business asked me to stand up - I did and then she said, boy you really have lost weight. She then asked what I was doing and I shared with her - so she is now going to look into going no sugar / no flour. I think that this week 6 different ladies have approached me about the plan I am following. And one of them has asked me if I would come and talk with 10 ladies that are struggling with weight issues as she had shared with them that I have lose 18 pounds in 4 weeks. So sometime in January she will be getting me to come with her to share what I have been doing - will be interesting what my weight loss will be by then - I am just so pleased that I have been able to follow this plan with really no difficulty.

And it is going to be interesting in February when I go to the doctor to get blood work done - to see how the numbers have improved and also to see what the scale says - I have talked with others that have done this program and have been told that I could be down another 20 pounds by then - but not counting the chicken as they say as just not sure how much I will lose by then - though am told that between 1 - 2 pounds every week is what most have done.

Be not afraid when a man becomes rich, when the glory of his house increases. For when he dies he will carry nothing away; his glory will not go down after him.

3 things I am grateful for today are

(1) grateful for my internet friends

(2) grateful for the two ladies that work with my special needs daughter

(3) grateful for the clean air I breath
