    Good for you! Welcome back! Please consider tracking your nutrition to help you understand what you're doing each day and pinpoint areas where you can improve. Record your weight. What weight will you be when you reach your healthy BMI? Now plan how you're going to get there. Read the SparkPeople article "The Worst Things You Can Do When Trying to Lose Weight by Toby Amider M.S. R.D. 03/27/2019" to understand what NOT to do to get to your healthy BMI. Losing your excess weight slowly will increase your chances of keeping it off in the long run. It also increases your chances of coming up with a weight loss plan that smoothly transitions into maintenance once you reach your goal. This is a journey that doesn't end.
