Progress and goals

I've been a member of Sparks for many years. I originally lost total 40 pounds. The challenges were the ticket for me. I was able to write down everything I ate also. I no longer an able to stick to that. I've tried several times. My progress in the last few months was holding my own but tired and sluggish.This last month due to increased stress and taking in my troubled 6 year old grandson with his birth mother who he doesn't even know now pushing for custody after she signed off all her rights almost 6 years ago, getting him into counseling, on some medications for adhd, trying to get his Dad to get his act together, the emotional eating is out of control,exercise is non existent.
My goal is to be aware of what I put in my mouth, only easy 1 dessert or sweet snack a day. And I bought a new recumbent bike to help get me back into being active. Small steps. And of coarse continue to check in with Sparks.
