Monday, Monday where did the time go,
I know it has been a few days since I have been here, but it has been crazy here, and every quite moment was spent just relaxing. With S2 and wife here, and their 2 dogs, Merlin, Finn, Shorty and Kinney in and out of the house, and everything, it was quite a zoo around here. And guess what we did Saturday, I road along with them to pick out their new puppy. Yes, another big one, it's a Rotweiler puppy.

So meet Odin. He's not ready to leave mom yet, so they can't pick him up until the 20 of this months. Glad it is them with a new puppy. Boy, oh that smell of puppy breath, one of the best smell in the world.
I did well at Thanksgiving, I did follow one of the suggestion in the Spark Solution book, Trading off things, Like do I really want that high calorie pasta salad or a tiny piece of pumpkin dessert, and do I really need the mashed potatoes and gravy that I can have any day, or a little bit of homemade dressing, do I really want that sweet ham, when I can have much more turkey. So I didn't gain that pound from Thanksgiving dinner, it was from all the extra cooking I did for the kids, and the blizzard, the ice, and the company, not being able to get in my walks. Now, like this morning there was no way I was walking, the ground was not froze the other day when hubby had to plow snow with the tractor and loader, and we have huge frozen ruts, and I am not taking a chance of breaking a leg just to walk, so I am going to have to come up with some else, maybe a video, as those ruts are now froze, and until it thaw a little they will be there all winter, Our drive way is like driving the length of a football field plus on speed bumps. Now how do you take a good speedy walk on that. But this week is suppose to warm up during the day to the 40's so maybe hubby can get out there and knock those dumps down a bit.
Missions of the day:
1. Health, No extra sugar.
2. Exercise: Find a good video, and use it
3. Home: Get the laundry caught up
4 Get some more end of year book work done.
That will be my day, so am hoping you all take care and have a GET Monday. Linda
