Skinnier Is Not Always Happier If You Only Look at the Scale

You see two totally different facial expressions here from two different time periods.
The first pic was taken when I was concentrating on healthy habits and the journey, focusing on progress.
The second pic was taken when I was concentrating on the scale and numbers.
You see, weight loss, when it’s about just numbers, can suck the life out of you and become a chore and steal your motivation eventually.
Concentrating daily on new goals, new healthy habits, adding things to your life and seeing what life has to offer (besides a food coma) is an amazing journey full of joy.
I need to refocus. I felt the need to share that.
I think my first focus will be self care with vitamins, water, healthy foods, and a bit more biking at home.
