Hello December

Sunday, December 01, 2019

Just writing to get back in the habit really. So, how about an update.
We've got a place in ATL as well in WR now. We split our week between the two. Most of the time it's pretty even. In fact Sunday & Wednesday are usually the days we head in the"other" direction.
We're both semi retired now. Cheryl being the retired part and me being the semi. We got an apt. in ATL and kept our home in WR. There's more to be said for community living than I originally thought. I don't cut grass & the flower beds are always booking.
The downside is there's no personal garden. (The photo it's of my mustard greens). However, they do have a community garden. We can harvest whatever we want/need from there. But I don't get the satisfaction of growing it myself.

That's the update. Hope everyone is doing well

Peace, Love & Understanding.
I'll cya down the road.

Thank you for posting on my blog. I appreciate your kind words. I like this blog as well! How nice that you don't have stay in the bad weather states when you can escape and enjoy some warm weather when you want to. I hope you both enjoy your holiday season. My Christmas today was with the family and I really loved it!! :)

It's good to hear from you and still one day I would love to meet you when you're in Warner Robins, as that's where I reside.

You're correct there are good and bad things about living in a community rather than you're own home and I can see and appreciate both sides of the coin. However, since I don't have a green thumb as you do, I would opt for the community living so I wouldn't have to take care of my own lawn or the expenses of it.

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving at my sister's house in Florida and I am delighted that I accepted her invitation.

Thank you for your update and Blessings!
