I listened to a guy on CBC radio yesterday---
He spoke about a book he wrote---something about--"prioritize yourself"---put yourself first, in your day---AND------WRITE IT DOWN----
"Well", I thought that was a good idea---
You see, my cat even comes before me--the dogs--Himself--the house---
--a new month to-morrow--- I wonder if I could try this?
Of course, I never heard all he had to say----but I did hear him say to start small---like--10 minutes walking around the house--or in my case a 10 minute stint on the Dreadmill.
I do find that the sciatica I get from shovelling snow, disappears after 10 minutes walking on the Dreadmill---
So, the old Hop-a-long Dell computer is still hanging in--and next week the new one should arrive---That in itself is an "act of God"---
And yesterday, I cleaned the bricks from the driveway--- chopped a thick layer of ice from the last storm--
And I continue to read of Spark members returning to the site---
Good for them! --Even doing all the Spark things this time of year can be challenging---but, for me, if I'm not reminded of healthy foods--choices--exercising--- the ol, body will once again revert to "Bertha Blimp"----
I suppose I can write down my 10 minute walk--PLUS---- time taken to Spark---
I know that both the things will be a good start--
Lord love a Duck! --Santa will be so proud of me --ya think?
