Plateau during the Holidays....Ugh

Well, I am doing my best to stay positive. I have been on and off for a while. I stopped logging my food but was doing well until Thanksgiving. But I am right back watching my food. My main problem is working out. I joined Planet Fitness and do well when I go. But I knocked my back out of place a couple weeks ago and then pinched my sciatic nerve a couple days later. So I have not been able to work out much. Just kind of at a plateau since I'm not working out. My plan is by the first of the year to have 1 have started logging my food intake again, 2 been able to start working out again on a regular basis and 3, have a new fit bit to help log my exercise. I have lost so far a total of 25 lbs and want to lose 50 more.
