December Walking Schedule Goal: 50 hours Sunday 5 = 1 Mile/15 mins each 5 hours Monday 5 = 2 Miles/30 mins each 10 hours Tuesday 5 = 3 Miles/45 mins each 15 hours Wednesday 4 = 1 Mile/15 mins each 4 hours Thursday 4 = 2 Miles/30 mins each 8 hours Friday 4 = 3 Miles/45 mins each 12 hours Saturday 4 = 4 Miles/60 mins each 4 hours Just print out & mark off after you finish it.
