I am committed to my health. If I'm not healthy, I can't help my family or myself.
This is a busy time in my life, but my commitment to fitness is still a part of the plan.
1. I walk every day. If the weather is bad outside, I walk inside.
2. I eat right and track my food. I give myself permission to have a treat, but portion size is crucial.
3. I drink my 9 glasses of water or clear liquid. I prefer herbal tea in the cold weather.
It's not complicated, and I can stick to it 95% of the time.
