Wednesday Weigh-in: 144 lbs.

I'm disappointed that I gained weight and I'm determined to show a loss next week.

I returned to my classes at the YMCA (after missing two-weeks) and I'm enjoying the regular workouts.

My computer is on its last legs so I splurged and bought a new tablet. This post is the first I've written on the tablet and it's taking me a long time to navigate the touchscreen. I hope it doesn't take too long for me to adjust.

I'm beginning to see a lot of holiday decorations around town, They're lovely but I'm steadfast in my resolve to wait until December to decorate my home. I don't have a lot of Christmassy things but a few treasured ornaments that I enjoy putting out each year.

My best to everyone with the hope that - if you've been struggling to lose weight like I have recently - you will find the motivation and determination to continue working toward your goals.

For the desire to improve my health and wellness

For a good understanding of nutrition

For the opportunity to participate in an exercise program

For encouragement, support and a sense of accountability

For my new tablet and the means to purchase it

For my old desktop computer that served me well for many years

    We can do this. My weight blipped up three pounds. I was so frustrated. It wasn't too many calories, just the wrong kind of calories (deep fried fish and hush puppies for Sis' birthday). It took awhile to move those three pounds. Adjusting my mental attitude about it was tougher!

    Teresa: Your attitude is fantastic. You have a lot of things to be grateful for just like the rest of us. We don't always fill in the blanks for other people but your are awesome at what you do.
