Personal Milestone - weight loss

Last week I realize that I quietly passed a personal milestone. Several years ago I lost 25 pounds and got down to 155. I was able to maintain that, until I wasn't. I regained to about 173. And that is OK. I worked out during my regaining, so I looked and felt better than I did at my higher weight years before.
I have recently been focusing on my health and Sparking. And last weigh-in, 154. This feels significant to me because it is the lowest I have been in 7 or 8 years.
I am happy to see the scale and my weight over time trending down. I am feeling good and not deprived. I am also not overly focused on weight loss at the cost of other things I enjoy.
