Day 11 of no sugar no flour / 3 things I am grateful for to day November 15 2019

Have had a great day and so far the week has been good to. I am so grateful that I have made it this far along on the journey of no sugar and no flour in my food plan. The cravings are not as bad as I had thought they would be - and when a thought comes to mind to have Brisk Lemonade and toast with peanut butter and jam my mind immediately says I am not hungry and water tastes better. Praise the Lord.

Don't know what I have done to my mouth but think I have either burnt the roof of the mouth (again) or possible absess. Think it might be a burn though as the discomfort has not gotten any worse - the dentist was closed today so if it is still uncomfortable on Monday will give him a call to see if I should have him look at it - a few times I have gone in only to be told I burnt the roof - eating food too hot off the stove is the problem. So need to work on not doing that.

Am on Day 11 of this program - and am so pleased with how I am feeling. I have been sharing what I have lost in every blog but have decided that I should only share it on Tuesdays so that been said the next blog with what my weight is and how much I have lost will be on Tuesday November 19 - I am sure it will be down ( have had a peek and it looks good) but have a few more days to go so will have to wait till my official weigh in

Have burnt the roof of my mouth again - at least I think that is what happened. Dentist was closed today so if the mouth is still sore on Monday will see on Monday whether I should have him look at it to make sure it is not a tooth going bad.

3 things I am grateful for today are
(1) grateful for a good nights sleep

(2) grateful that I have made it to Day 11 with no sugar or flour in my food

(3) grateful for having warm clothes to wear
