Excuses that I have to get over

My biggest thing that gets in the way of a workout is other stuff. I have a lot on my plate daily, and I let those things get in the way of starting the day with exercise. I have been doing better with this but need to keep the exercise of the day at the top of the priority list because I always have more energy and I always feel better when I exercise early on in the day. Now that I'm going to have a day job exercising in the morning will be tough, but even if I get up and do ten minutes of something before I shower and get ready to go, I know I'll be happier. and the more I make adjustments to my night time routine I may make more time for me in the morning. So planning is key and its something I'm good at.
