Day 9 no sugar / flour / 3 things I am grateful for today (November 13 2019)

My day is coming to and but thought I better update here. Have had a good day, even got in a short nap this afternoon but am ready for bed.

Food plan went well today - was able to stay compliant - and had a friend call who hear from a member of the Chapter of TOPS that I attend that I had had a good weigh in yesterday.

Day 1 I weighed in at 271.4
Day 8 I weighed in at 261.8
Day 9 I weighed in at 259.3

From that you can see that I have lost 12.1 pounds in 9 days - and am so amazed at doing that. Because I was faithful in following the program for Week 1 giving me a loss of 9.6 I am going to be faithful for Week 2 and am looking forward to seeing what the scale will look on Day 14.

Job 5:17 says
Behold, blessed is the one whom God reproves; therefore despise not the discipline of the Almighty

3 things I am grateful for today are
(1) grateful intestines not hurting like before due to IBS

(2) grateful for the essential oils that I have to help with osteoarthritis

(3) grateful for the love of God
