Bloodpressure and heartrate when getting up: 104/67 (77)

10 mins treadmill 5% incline 2.5 mph
(It is really hard for me to keep my balance and swing my arms instead of gripping the sides). I focused on walking straight upright with shoulders back.)
After: 122/78 (104)

10 mins recumbent bike @ moderate speed.
My bike no longer has working electronics, so no inclines, no resistance, no speed or distance tracking.
After: 119/76 (99)

10 mins on Tony Little's Gazelle fitness glider at moderate speed and resistance.
After: 121/78 (102)

Recovery after 15 mins : 112/78 (87)

Breakfast: bread with baby Swiss cheese, Hydrant rapid rehydration mix (not the caffeine one) and Metamucil.

Lunch: potatoes, sage sausage and onions.
1 VitaCup Probiotic Blend coffee w/ 2 splenda and 1 tsp creamer.

Spaghetti planned for supper.
