Today the premium coaching site asks me to plan ahead how I will answer myself when I have an excuse not to exercise.
I've never completely quit exercising, but I have trouble with consistency. Last Friday I did no exercise at all, breaking a streak. I spent most of the day organizing beads, and all the sitting had actually made me tired, with a back ache. I'd been so driven to get finished that at 10 p.m., time to prepare for bed, I just was tired, and didn't even want to do my fall-back 10 minutes. (Step up/ wall pushup combination).
My best answer for that is I should have done it sooner in the day. I normally go water walking on Fridays at 6 a.m., and we couldn't go that day, so.... no plan for another exercise.
Today I will make sure I exercise earlier in the day.... no waiting till I'm tired and ready for bed.
