On to the Winter Months

After my "mind shift" this summer, I got on the train to make things happen. I started getting my workouts in, and started getting back to tracking my eating. It's been a few months now, and my fitness has taken leaps and bounds (obviously still has a long ways to go though), and my weight has started to drop.
It's a choice each day, each meal, each snack....not every choice has been perfect (last night's dinner was not on plan), but that doesn't make or break things. I got up this morning and did my workout and have my meals planned and sticking to it again.
I did drop my post-workout shake bottle yesterday at the gym though, and it broke *sadface* time to go buy another I guess!
