Day 97: push past the rough days, 21 days to Thanksgiving

Friday, November 08, 2019

So, as the title can probably tell you, I didn't have the fantastic amazing weigh in I was expecting today. Guess who decided to come to visit....5 DAYS EARLY??!! ARGH!

That's right, Aunt flo is here in all of her glory. Actually, came last night after my awesome workout. I was in such a good mood and excited for a really good weigh in! uuuugh!

Weigh in:

Starting weight: 8/2: 175.2

10/11: 156.4

10/18: 156.2

10/25: 155.8

11/1: 153.0 -2.8

Today's weight: 153.0 (tom emoticon )

Total loss: -22.2 lbs

I was finally getting the scale moving down again and WHAM!

I'm pretty upset and just want to go overboard and overeat! But, not gonna let that happen. Gonna keep pushing forward.

Last weekend, I weighed myself every day and the scale was going down down down! I was so excited!

Ah well. Gotta keep pushing forward and not let it get me down!

Hope you have a great weekend!

At least I got a nice walk in at the park this morning. It helped calm me down and refocus. :)

Really amazing loss I such a short time. You did a wonderful job. I carry both the penguin and the canary in my head when I get to the end of my calorie bank. Lol. Btw you may not like the bloat but premenopausal women have higher metabolism. 👍
