Doesn't this make sense!!???
When I do not plan I don't get stuff done!!
I've been SAYING I NEED to do core exercises and ST on a regular basis, but I DO NOT do them. I am a member on the Biggest Loser Challenge (Taking on new members ,,, see my page,,, and click on the "Biggest Loser Challenge" and join us!! I am on the Invincible Indigo team) and each week we put how many cardio minutes we do and how many Strength Training minutes we do. I HAD in past challenges struggled, but this week, only 7 MINUTES!! While my cardio was 635 (WOOHOO on that!)
So when I woke up this AM I wrote down exactly what I wanted to get accomplished before I went to work.
Here it is:
TODAY'S LIST TO DO:
9:25-9:35 Clean Bathroom (Its cleaned daily so it's super easy to do a "deep cleaning"
10:10-10:25 Core Exercise
10:25-10:30 Grab cards (to play if clients wants to) Dice etc
10:35-10:45 Grocery store for lunch
DONE (ran a few late)
10:45 to 11 Travel to work
3- ??? Car inspection
The car did not pass (I expected that, OH DO I HATE THIS CAR on SO MANY Levels!!! BIG TIME!!! Yet, its sooo comfy and has a GREAT Stereo system. I can't wait to pay it off and get a REAL car!!! Again I say "STAY AWAY FROM NISSANS!"
WOOHOO saying "I want to do this" and writing it DOWN in detail has made ALL the difference!!
How do you handle your day? Do you schedule all or part the day out? Or just wing it?
