Getting back on track

Yesterday was a good day. I stayed within calorie range and got my water in. The only thing I ate that I shouldn’t have was 2 fun size butterfinger bars🥴. There is candy everywhere at work and I’ve hinted to them to not bring it in; the other workers are diabetic; cholesterol problems etc but they still do. Hopefully today will be another good day.
