Weigh In - One

I understand that it is mostly water weight but I did my first weigh in this morning. I am down to 218.6 lbs. About six pounds. I did really well sticking to the plan but today was tough because I didn't get out of work till after 6:30 and got home around 7 then had to cook, it was 8pm by the time it was done but my stomach was saying it was after 9 pm and I was starving. I knew if I waited I would eat too much dinner so to try and scale back I had a bottle of water and some roasted peppers ( in water, not oil.) Their calorie count is so low that basically I could eat the whole jar and have consumed less calories than a bag of skinny popcorn so I think it was an acceptable choice.

Still had no time to research meal options, but I have been tracking water perhaps I'll start sleep too this week.
