Love the comments! Agreed! I try to leave a little of lunch that I put back in the fridge and eat that when hungry. First, if you stop eating before you entirely feel full--you probably are full but don't know it yet. Then, if you truly are full a little while later, eat your lunch/snack. My prepared lunches are healthy so it's a healthy snack.
