No Random Eating

This part of the 5% challenge causes me to be aware of how many times during the day I am eating.

No random eating means I need to plan to include snacks.

Hope I get the hang of this --- and soon !!

    Love the comments! Agreed! I try to leave a little of lunch that I put back in the fridge and eat that when hungry. First, if you stop eating before you entirely feel full--you probably are full but don't know it yet. Then, if you truly are full a little while later, eat your lunch/snack. My prepared lunches are healthy so it's a healthy snack.

    To me, it means measure out a planned snack, not take the whole container and eat it while I'm reading.

    For me random eating means snacks. I do so much better if I avoid snacks, and plan meals to include really satisfying foods.

    Yes, if we plan to snack then it must be planned to be included in our daily amounts. this is one of the places some forget to add snacks to.

    Planned snacks are good here, it's the nibbling while cooking that is an issue. You can do it!
