Sunday - ACK No Water

I was back in my town of residence today. My husband had to go to work so I decided to have the usual breakfast and work in the office for a while and then go visit my friend who I have not seen in close to a year, even though she lives about 8 minutes away. Our schedules clash.

My friend is getting ready for a huge Christmas party that will encompass 10 Acres and Two homes. That kind of commitment takes quite a while to prepare for when you work all week and it's just you, your husband, Mamaw and Pawpaw. We were upacking totes and laying out the rooms, she was deciding on the themes for each room. Polar bears here, elves here, candy land over there, you get the picture. While I was helping her do that the other three were cooking up treats and then lunch in the kitchen.

Today lunch was, Tuna prepared with banana pepper pieces, mayo, blue cheese dressing and celery bits inside raw mushrooms and on celery sticks. It was a good clean lunch but as we were "picking" in between putting stuff up I'm not really sure how much I ate. I also don't have the dietary information so I put two tuna wraps on my tracker and "let us pray" that it is close to a significant number. Also, I broke my three plus year streak of not having caffeinated sodas today - had two Pepsi's because - well there was nothing else to drink. They had milk but I can't have that and water wasn't an option. Empty Calories, but that will not become a habit. I just forgot my water bottles at home.

Dinner was also a cluster for the tracker. We went to our favorite sushi place and ate the usual - 8 Pc Mango Rolls, one roll for each of us, with sweet tea to drink. Again, not drinking the water - this time because its city water and city water tastes disgusting and smells like chlorine. I am not really sure what is in a mango roll, I just know it tastes good. I tried looking it up online when I got home but Mango Rolls are not on the restaurants internet menu and neither is any calorie information for any item on the menu. So to guess at the calorie count I added 2 Avocado and Mango Sushi 6 pc sushi rolls even though I'm certain there is no Avocado on a Mango Roll at this restaurant. I do know there is fish in a mango roll I also added a 8 pc Spicy Tuna Roll. It might be over kill on the fictitious calories and it might not, All I know is that I'm trying to be as true to myself about what I am doing as possible. So when I look back I'll have this blog that not many people read and my nutrition tracker to look and at try to put together what I have done wrong and what I have done right.
