Aside from it being Halloween, it’s the final day of the October challenge. So of the 31 days I did 15 where I didn’t drink Coca Cola, I followed my food plan, cooking etc. I wore makeup. Of the 30 days I exercised 8. The first two weeks I was able to focus but after that It became tougher. I was great on the sleep front though (because instead of exercising I was sleeping)
So this week I’ve picked up the exercise and the coca craving was intense. I’ve not cooked - and reverted to a salad from Wendy’s which comes it at 800 calories. I’ve substituted the exercising for the cooking. So is this a time management thing. Need more hours in the day. I’ll get an extra hour starting Sunday emoticon
