5% Challenge Day 26

The sun is shining and there's less wind, but outside temps are still in the teens and twenties, so I am glad to have found not one, but two fitness programs on PBS that I like well enough to do in the living room. The upside of this discovery is that I'm getting both strength training and flexibility work at the same time. Maybe it's a good thing to take a short break from running, until we head south for warmer temps where I'll have access to a treadmill, which is so much easier on my arthritic feet.
