I think this is the fifth year UC Davis Intergrative Medicine for this challenge. It comes with a free cookbook with recipes with a Latin, Mediterranean, Asian theme for each week. Lots of dressings and sauces recipes if you like to make your own.
Great idea! The purpose of a 21 or 28 day challenge is that in that time you can make healthy eating a habit--a lifellong habit.
I know our tastebuds changed when we began to eat plant based, no oil. Now we cringe when eating things we used to like. In our case, we started just breakfast, then added lunch, then added dinner. I began be only using cheese on the things I really thought it was needed and only a little bit. Now I barely use cheese, don't miss it and use a home made plant based "Cheeze" sauce where I used to use cheese. Makes a great pizza!
