Starting off slow. Not interested in doing anything crazy or moving so fast that it becomes impossible and I quit. Just monitoring at first. No exercise. Trying to record what I eat, when, and how much. Set alarms on my phone to try and space out small edibles every two hours. Also pushing the water. Carrying 16.9 fl oz water bottles with me everywhere I go. Attempting 4 - 5 of these a day for a total of 67.6 - 84.5 fl oz. I have a serious issue with dehydration and have poor skin turgor so it is often tents when tested.

I am a little frustrated with the nutrition tracker because I would like to use the values that were manually put in by other users but frequently they do not enter the values for the vitamins and minerals so when I calculate at the end of the day the report always tells me I am not getting enough of this or that and that may in fact be inaccurate and there seems to be no way to enter them. However I do not want to have to enter everything I eat myself.
