Hindsight and New Goals

I had to take time off to rest my knee. Now that the pain is gone, I'm ready to get back at it. Pretty much everything has been off and unhealthy over the last 6 weeks or so. All of my goals were interrupted and instead of looking at what I could do, I just gave it all up. These are behaviors I am here to change long term. These and many more. Love SP. Goals this week 10/28 - 11/3: 8 cups water, 5 freggies, move every day at least 10 minutes
