Day 19

Day 19 was very good. I had a slice a cake as part of my lunch. Normally I would be salivating for it the moment I arrive at work. I forgot until the end of day I had it. So I ate as scheduled. I even took the dogs for a walk in the evening and started a crochet project. Got a good night sleep. However, I slept so well I missed my exercise date this morning. But I am feeling better mentally.
