at my last doctor visit, she offered to refer me to a nutritionist. i told her i know most of the tips and things to do, the hard part is being mindful and do them consistantly. i am glad she offered and a few years i would have taken her up on the offer. instead of working on 1-2 tips a week then do something else the next week, i am picking a few things and taking 1-2 months to make it a new habit. then if something happens and a bad habit comes back into my days, i can revisit what i previously used and change it. my dh is doing the same thing and he is slowly returning to his smaller sized pants
