Yesterday was reset day and getting back to the programme. I did very well on the eating. I actually cooked a meal. I made a local rice dish, steamed pork chops and a salad. It turned out very well. I haven't made the local rice dish in years.
The exercise hasn't happened YET. I committed to my exercise group to come out on Sat. but I'm hoping to do something solo before then.
Sleep - I managed to stave off the 6pm nap until 9pm. So I slept more or less until 5am.
