5% Challenge Days 16, 17, 18

I'm finding this daily blog less motivating than I thought - like most of my attempts at keeping a diary or a journal, I begin to perceive it as a nagging chore. So here I am, trying to catch up for 3 days.
Sunday - a rest day
Monday - a walk after running errands in town.
Tuesday - a jog/walk. I timed portions separately on my Polar, so I don't want to upload all those separate readings. The critical one was a continuous 1 mile jog in 13:34. That's a pretty good time for the gravel road, after the disruption of travel last week. Expecting snow tomorrow or tonight.
