Not seeing alot of results

So i stopped drinking alot of soft drinks in June...I drink alot of water...I am more active I am moving all the time... I dont eat alot I have a goal of 1800 calories and im lucky to get 1100. I dont really snack and im not a huge sweet eater, but im nit really seeing any results... Im feeling quite defeated

    If your calories are too low your body will hang on to the weight! It sounds crazy but you may need to eat more. It’s something to consider. !

    Do you measure yourself every month? Are you seeing a change in inches even if the weight is the same? Sorry to hear you have hit a plateau--might be not hitting the calorie goal. Try to get at least 1500 in and see if that changes anything. emoticon
