Yesterday's group run was cancelled due to thunderstorms, so we walked-ran this morning at the golf course-three park trail. I chose to go the speed of the friend who invited me and drove me to the run. Doesn't hurt me to have a slower run from time to time. She runs :12/:30 run/walk, and is a heart attack survivor.
I was going to walk the dog when I got home, but dear hubby had already walked him an hour. So I plan to walk him at sunset like I did last eve. I declare Day 28 challenge already complete as both he and I have had far more than 10 minutes exercise, even if something happens that I don't get this eve's planned walk completed.
We actually went 3.75 miles, but I reset my watch to get the intervals synchronized.
