Week: October 14th, 16th, 18th This week I was able to get 3 days in for workouts. I did walking & Tai Cheng. A very positive week. On Monday I was able to do a 5 Mile workout with waking and toning, an amazing way to start the week off. Then adding in the Tai Cheng on two days. #blessed
