If that is who we are, lol!
I have the results of the kidney tumor CT, and I'm going to see my urologist on Oct 28. I'm sure he's going to recommend surgery, in fact his staff referred to it as my pre-op appointment. Good to finally be moving forward on this.
Aside from the tumor, there's a lot of other crap going on in my abdomen, lol. Most of it I knew about but here is one other new, concerning thing. I found out I have a fatty liver. I was never a drinker. I'm cutting down on sweets; I've gotten lax about that and my weight loss has stalled. I'm sure the many years when I didn't watch my diet at all contributed. I haven't talked to my primary yet. Anyone out there who has reversed fatty liver and would like to share? What helped? Thanks in advance!
I'm still maintaining weight loss, even though I haven't been losing lately. I'm back to walking a mile or more almost every day, so that's good. Trying to be more compliant with 16/8 fast. And now that I'm working to watch sweets, carbs, and calories more again, I should start to lose weight again.
Glad to finally see some cooler weather, and I hope it cools down more soon. Looking forward to walking at night again, instead of having to walk during the day—triple E has been a problem in our area and I'm a mosquito magnet. I prefer night walks. They are peaceful and I don't have to say hello to my friendly neighbors, lol.
Thank you for the comments, goodies, and encouragement over the past month! I haven't been on the website much but I really appreciate it. :0)
