Recently, I heard a presentation which included some historical information about an entirely different topic. How ever you know some times one things makes you recall another. I was reminded almost at RANDOM of the old-time saying: "egads and little fishes" which upon googling to see if anyone knows the origin of this saying I discovered younger people are thinking it is "ye gods and little fishes" (which is NOT it!) the only "origin" stories I found were about it being English, Welsh, or some where in the UK as an origin.
it was really "Khaaaannnnn" but it works with egad too if you forget the movie and aren't a trekky fan (not!)
