sugar reduction crabby

I've been crabby the last few days. i thought it was a 1 day thing but i have been mentally off lately, part of it is i have been doing something different at work and i dont enjoy it and i am off my normal mental routine so i struggle to concentrate.
another option is from having less sugar. i have been slowly reducing my sugar. i am not getting headaches but that could be why i am crabby and not focused. i have been scribbling in my journal when i want something sweet or i am feeling to many emotions - mostly pissy, angry or crabby.
