I am thinking I might need this reminder for the rest of this week...well until my next official weigh-in on Saturday.

Yes I survived our 14-hour power outage (yes it was longer then originally planned). BUT I will admit that I ate some things that I shouldn't...mainly a mini bag of cheez-its and 1 bite of a new candy bar. Those were eaten at work while we were standing around in the dark. I also drank a bottle of Green Machine flavored Naked Juice. 63 grams of carbs in a bottle of juice!

Today, I definitely need to make sure that I slice up some lemons to put into my water bottle and bring into work..forgot it yesterday. I feel I should start putting acv (apple cider vinegar) into my water bottle again too..haven't done that for months.

I need to prepare ahead of time, for when I know that I will have a "trigger" moment later in the day. For me a trigger moment is when I have to stand around at work, w-a-I-t-I-n-g. for something to do.
So believe me, drinking water with lemons and acv in it, will discourage snacking at work because any food will taste to weird to enjoy. Sorta like brushing your teeth after dinner might stop late night snacking.
