Busier than I thought, but happily busy!

There is so much more to my life than what I enter here and it seems to go by in a flash!
I neglected to mention my son in law was in a coast to coast cancer cure bike ride in September. His leg was Indianapolis to Pittsburgh, a distance of about 250 miles.
While he was happy with his participation he said he likes running better. I think he has his sights on some full runs for next year. His younger brother complete the NYC marathon last year so there's a bit of sibling rivalry! DD1 is currently training for a local half.
DD2 and her hubby are currently house hunting. Where they are looking will be further for us to visit but they've had enough big city living. Now that they have a car I don't have to do the long drives to help them!
DH and I are working on projects including taking down some infested evergreens. It's sad that these were Christmas trees we lovingly planted when the kids were small, costing maybe $50 and the removal will be $$$. They've gotten attacked by one of the pine borers that's made it's way down from the north where it's devastated forests. Apparently it hasn't been cold enough to kill them off. Darned climate change!
The good part is I got to watch DH hold an electric pole chain saw that weighs about 20 pounds! He can balance and work! What a difference from 4 years ago. Happy and very healthy as you can see in my banner image.
Gym, PT, doctor visits, watching g-kids makes for full days!
