Turned the stress around--lost 2 pounds!

Stress is the main driver of weight gain for me. But I did as thought and fasted for 24 hrs on Monday and over 18 on Tuesday. That, along with visiting and talking my frustrations with a friend, help to lower my weight 2 pounds by Saturday.

Sunday, however, I made cheesecake for my sons. We had grilled steak, Au Gratin potatoes, and Brussels sprouts and salad along with my sons homemade bread. I over did it on the cheesecake (of course). But I once again am fasting since 2 PM yesterday and hope to get my 24 hours in later today. That should (hopefully) get me back on track for more loss for my weigh in on Saturday.

I have been busy working on my budget and fall cleaning and yard work. Hopefully I will be getting everything ready for the winter.
