Week 1 complete 2019 Fall 5% challenge

Yesterday started week two of the Fall 5% challenge. Week one went pretty well for me. I am getting back into routine with my exercise and meal planning/prepping. I really enjoy these challenges for keeping me accountable. I only lost half of a pound in week one, but I will take any loss. This week I am going to also work on smaller portion sizes in my meal prep. My problem tends to be I over eat and it is something I have been working on for awhile.

I am leaving for Oklahoma after work on Wednesday to go see my sister this week, so I will get in my exercise today - Wednesday and hope that I can get her to walk with me or something while I am there. I will still get my weigh in done and such on Saturday, I am sure she has a scale. She is sad right now, her and her long time boyfriend broke up. I am hoping I can cheer her up some.
