I have one right by my place and my work gym hours don't work for me right. So I decided to join. I went for the first time yesterday and they advertise free pizza and donuts and coffee on different days? That seems counter productive. I get it, you are showing that a little indulgent is ok. But do we really need help with that? Especially since one of those bagels or slices probably counters the workout you just did. I dunno, just seems weird to me. If I want pizza or a bagel, I have the proof on my waist that I will seek it out. I don't eed it wafted at me from the place I torture myself (and yes, exercise IS torture to me) for the sake of my health.
