Slowly losing but losing

Was 268.2lbs this morning. Had the farrier out this morning so went to gym afterwards. I prefer going as soon as I wake up no dilly dallying. But it is what it is so...I didn't end up getting to eat for about 4 hours so I am kind of doing that fasting people talk about as I usually stop eating about 11ish at night and do not eat again until anywhere from 1130am to 2pm the next day so always over 12 hours. My schedule is odd but I work from home so of course I live arpund my daily work schedule at home also the needs of my son, animals and husband. I am on mynperiod although hopefully it is over almost. I have slept like garbage for two days. Fingers crossed tonight after meditating I sleep better. Well take care. Here is hoping for a big loss by morning. Same for you!!!

    Beautiful photo posted. You will likely lose some water at this point in your cycle, that can make a big difference.
