I can feel myself starting to fall off the wagon like I've done so many times in the past. The difference between now and then is I'm still here. I'm blogging about it. I'm researching new workouts to try on YouTube. I'm making new playlists for my workouts. I'm still exercising, it's just slipped to later in the day when I can force myself to get active. Tomorrow is a new day. I WILL keep going. I will reevaluate my sleep and macronutrients and see if there is something I can improve for energy levels. I will not quit this time!
