5% Challenge Day 5

Super strong winds all day, so I cancelled my Wednesday run, and just did "Classical Stretching" on PBS. I think I've finally found an indoor workout that appeals to me. I've done it three times and that's a record for me.
I was always such a gym rat during my working days, but I going to try and make this a change that I can live with when we're on the farms.
